Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of payment 
confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are 
processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery: 4–7 business days (pan-India)
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, 
Kolkata): 3–5 business days

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹499.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most Indian pin codes. A COD handling fee of 
₹30 may apply. COD is not available on certain remote pin codes.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order 
is dispatched. You can also track your order at [tracking link].

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact 
us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at 
support@fitbhartstore.com with your order number and photos 
(if applicable).
